The CMRMC Foundation incorporation is now complete … and the board of directors held their founding meeting this month, formally adopting the Foundation’s bylaws and foundational resolutions appointing the corporation’s directors. We are also pleased to announce the addition of a new director – Patrick Johnston, an architect
